Document requirements
Both student admissions and staff onboarding ask for documents. This article tells you what gets asked for today.
Student documents (during admission)
During an admission, parents are asked to upload:
- Birth certificate
- Transfer certificate (if coming from another school)
- Aadhaar or other government ID
- Previous-school marksheet (if applicable)
- Recent photograph
- Caste or income certificate (only if applying under a reservation category)
- Address proof
Each document goes through review — see Reviewing student documents.
Staff documents (during onboarding)
When a new staff member is invited, they're asked for:
- Aadhaar / PAN
- Highest qualification certificate
- Teaching qualification (for teaching roles)
- Experience certificates from previous employers
- Bank passbook (for salary credit)
- Recent photograph
- Police verification (for working-with-children roles)
File rules
- Max size — 5 MB per file.
- Allowed types — PDF, JPG, PNG.
