Report: Top performers

Top-N students by aggregate score — for prize lists and the annual day.

Report: Top performers

Reports → Academic → Top Performers.

Ranks students by aggregate across an exam, a term, or a year. Used for:

  • Annual-day prize lists.
  • Highlighting top scorers on your public webpage.
  • Identifying scholarship candidates.

Picking the scope

  • Single exam — top scorers in that one exam.
  • Term — aggregate of all exams in a term, weighted per exam-type weight.
  • Year — aggregate of all terms.

Top N

Pick Top 5, 10, 25, 50, or 100. The page shows aggregate, rank, class, photo.

Subject-specific top performers

Toggle Per Subject to see the top in each subject — useful for "best in Math", "best in English" awards.

Tie-breaking

When two students have identical aggregates, the system breaks ties by:

  1. Marks in the language paper.
  2. Marks in maths.
  3. Date of birth (older student ranks higher — the conventional rule).

(Configurable tie-break ordering is on our roadmap.)
