Shows how enquiries flow through each stage on their way to becoming active students.
The stages
- Enquiry — initial contact recorded.
- Converted to Admission — family decided to apply.
- Documents Approved — all required documents accepted.
- Admission Approved — admin signed off.
- Active Student — fees paid, enrolled.
How to read it
A horizontal-bar chart. The number on each bar is how many enquiries reached that stage. The percentage shows the conversion rate from the previous stage.
Look at the percentages — a low percentage between two stages means you're losing people there.
What healthy looks like
100 → 70 → 65 → 60 → 55 — most loss happens at the first step (families still shopping), then steady through to active.
What unhealthy looks like
100 → 80 → 30 → 28 → 25 — something is blocking at the documents stage. Chase the front office or the families.
Filters
- Date range — defaults to current academic year.
- Source — Walk-in / Online / Referral / Event. Compare which channels convert best.
- Program — does CBSE convert differently from IB?
- Campus — narrow to one location.
