Report: Where admissions come from
Reports → Admissions → Sources.
A pie chart + table showing where new admissions came from over a date range. Use it to figure out which marketing actually works.
What sources Schoolwati tracks
- Referral — recommended by an existing parent.
- Walk-in — family showed up at the campus.
- Online — submitted from the public webpage's enquiry form.
- Event — open day, education fair.
- Newspaper / Hoarding — paid traditional advertising.
- Other — fallback bucket; encourage staff to be specific.
What's in the table
For each source:
- Enquiries — total raised.
- Admissions — how many made it to active student.
- Conversion % — admissions ÷ enquiries.
- Avg time to convert — days from enquiry to active.
Using this report
A high conversion rate from a low-volume source means it's worth investing in (referrals usually fit this). A low conversion rate from a high-volume source might mean the source brings curious browsers, not committed parents.
