Reports → Finance → Collections.
Answers "what came in this period, how, and how does it compare to what we billed?"
Views
- Daily — date-by-date.
- Weekly — bars per week.
- Monthly — bars per month.
Each view shows:
- Collected — total received.
- Expected — total invoiced for the period.
- Variance — collected minus expected. Red if negative.
- Mode mix — pie of Cash / Cheque / Online / Bank Transfer.
- Category mix — pie of Tuition / Transport / Lab / etc.
Filters
- Campus / class — narrow scope.
- Mode — isolate online vs cash.
- Category — compare a single category over time.
