Report: Payroll monthly summary
Reports → Payroll → Monthly Summary.
For a chosen payroll month, rolls up every payslip generated.
Columns
- Department.
- Headcount paid.
- Gross earnings.
- Total deductions (PF + ESI + PT + TDS + other).
- Net paid.
- Average per head.
A grand-total row at the bottom is what most schools present to the trustees.
