For parents: your portal
Your child's school uses Schoolwati. As a parent, you get your own login that shows you everything about your child — attendance, marks, fees, and a way to get in touch with the school.
How you get a login
When your child is admitted, the school enters your email and phone number. You'll get a welcome email from Schoolwati with a sign-up link. Click the link, set a password, and you're in.
The link is valid for 7 days. If it expires, ask the school office to resend it.
What you see when you log in
You start on a page that lists all your children at this school. Tap your child to see their full record.
Your child's information
- Overview — class, photo, basic details.
- Attendance — how often they've been present, with a calendar view of any absences.
- Fees — bills (paid and unpaid), with a Pay Now button for unpaid ones.
- Marks — published exam results, with a chart showing how they're trending.
- Activities — sports, arts, and other achievements.
- Documents — ID proofs, certificates, report cards you can download.
- Leave — submit a leave request for upcoming absences.
- Teachers — see who teaches your child, and leave anonymous feedback.
- Grievances — raise a concern about something at the school.
Paying fees online
- Open your child's Fees tab.
- Click an unpaid invoice.
- Click Pay Now.
- Choose how you want to pay — UPI, card, netbanking, or wallet.
- After the payment succeeds, you'll see a confirmation on screen and a receipt in your email.
Requesting a leave for your child
- Open your child's Leave tab.
- Click + Request Leave.
- Pick the dates and reason (sick, family event, other).
- Add a note if you want.
- Optionally attach a document (like a doctor's note for sick leave).
- Submit.
The class teacher or school admin reviews the request. You get an email when it's approved or rejected.
Leaving feedback for a teacher
- Open your child's Teachers tab.
- Tap a teacher.
- Rate them 1 to 5 stars and add an optional comment.
- Submit.
The principal reviews feedback before the teacher sees it. Your name stays anonymous to the teacher — only the principal knows who said what.
Raising a complaint
For more serious concerns:
- Go to the Grievance section.
- Click + New Complaint.
- Pick a category (Academics, Discipline, Transport, Fees, etc.).
- Write what happened.
- Attach any documents.
- Submit.
The school assigns it to the right person and gets back to you.
What you can't do
- See other parents' details or other children's records.
- Edit your child's data directly — request changes from the school office instead.
- See teacher names except for your child's own teachers.
More than one child at the school?
They all show up under "My Children" with one login. If your two children are at different campuses of the same school, you still see both — no need to log in twice.
Both parents need access?
The school can add a second parent contact. Each parent gets their own login. Both see the same data.
Forgot your password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. You'll get a reset link by email.
